Peter Phillips' plans to install a festive ice rink next to Kensington Palace this Christmas have been scrapped over security fears due to the Israel-Hamas conflict in the Middle East. The event, planned by the late Queen's grandson, was set to open in November but has now been cancelled. The company co-founded by Peter Phillips and Robert Derry has promised to refund tickets that had already been purchased.
